We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in sourcing and engaging with top talent in the hospitality industry, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and meet the recruitment requirements of clients in the hospitality sector.

• Utilize various platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and other job sites for candidate sourcing.

• Conduct online interviews and assess candidates effectively.

• Maintain positive interactions with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.

• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level).

• Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to develop in the recruitment field.

• Minimum of 3000 connections on LinkedIn.

Compensation:

• 17,000 UAH per month, plus a performance-based bonus ranging between 4,000 and 10,000 UAH.
