Social Media and Multimedia Fundraising Specialist

We're looking for a Social Media and Multimedia Fundraising Specialist to drive our digital fundraising efforts, manage our social media presence, and create compelling multimedia content that highlights the impact of our work. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a social media strategy focused on fundraising and donor engagement along with a team of remote and local employees. - Create and manage content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, including posts, stories, and videos. - Produce high-quality visual content to support fundraising campaigns and showcase program impact. - Analyze social media trends and performance to optimize strategies and increase fundraising outcomes. - Write and edit content in both English and Ukrainian, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communication. - Must be able to work indoors and outdoors Qualifications: - Proven experience in social media management and content creation, focusing on digital fundraising. - Strong skills in photography and videography, including proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite. - Fluent in English and Ukrainian, with good writing and communication skills. - Demonstrable ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. - Passionate about the Armed Forces and committed to making a significant impact. - Housing and transportation will be provided if necessary Inquire for more information; please be prepared to submit your resume, cover letter, and a portfolio of relevant work.
